When someone calls your JobTone number and reaches voicemail, we may send a single automated SMS reply on your behalf confirming the call was received. Callers can reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages. Message and data rates may apply.

Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
We retain your call records and voicemail transcriptions for as long as your account is active. Voicemail audio recordings are stored by Twilio. When you delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days.
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), validate all webhook signatures, and never store payment credentials. Access to production systems is restricted and credentials are managed via environment variables.
